Play
As children we knew instinctively how to play. We were free to explore, make believe, and
create. We could take an old stick and create a magic wand to turn mice into horses, a sword
to slay the fire breathing dragon, or a baton to lead the marching band in the parade. What happened?
Play is a breath of fresh air, heart pounding, wind in your hair, sand in your toes, smell
of crayons and play-dough, and a smile so big your eyes squint and your cheeks hurt. Play
is the opportunity to let your left brain relax and the right brain to kick back in and rediscover,
reconnect and rejuvenate you. Play is the avenue that is a high speed GPS (Genuine, Pleasurable,
Simple) to assist you in relocating the real you, the true you; your TRUE REFLECTION.
Play can reduce stress, inspire creativity and open new doorways to your future.
