Equine Reflections

While reading the Tao of Equus by Linda Kohanov, I came across the statement: “A horse is a true reflection of your deepest soul, of your energy and intention.” This was one of those ah-ha moments when I realized this was to be a perfect marriage between my Life Coaching and my favorite spare-time filler – my horse. Life Coaching is about looking inside, exploring and discovering your essential self; who you are and who you’re meant to be. is working with an equine partner who will give immediate feedback in the purest sense of your true self. – Equus Magic.

Equus Magic – ‘Magic’ because I stand in awe at the amazing and logically inexplicable, mysterious, supernatural connections that happen when horse and human connect. Seeing, doing, being; is believing.

What do you see?

Equine Reflections -

  • The HORSE is always present in the moment; they are not thinking about yesterday or worrying about tomorrow.
  • In nature the horse is a prey animal whose senses are highly developed with preservation instinct and awareness to detect the slightest changes in energies, emotions, and intents of other beings around them.

2 Hour - Equine Introduction Coaching Session     $195

Meet the Master Teachers - up close and personal

  • Step up to the Mirror – Look him or her straight in the eye. BREATHE!
  • Be in harmony, be connected, be vulnerable, be confident, be open, be yourself, be true. The one-on-one coaching and equine interaction experience will open doors into your world you never thought possible. Be ready to increase you confidence and self-empowerment.

Your session will include:

  • setting and maintaining boundaries
  • leading and ground exercises
  • one-on-one time with horse for meditation and reflection
  • personal coaching
  • video of interactive experience upon request (additional $25 charge)
**Note: all interaction and experience with the horses are ground exercises only. There is no riding involved.
Horse with Trainer

What you need to know and bring:

  • you must wear closed toed shoes (no sandals, clogs, or slip-ons)
  • wear comfortable clothing – jeans, shirt, etc. something you don’t mind getting dirty
  • any drinks or snacks to keep yourself nourished
  • check the weather on the day of our appointment – appropriate clothing may be necessary, layers are always a good idea in the Northwest
  • bring all of you; body, soul, heart, emotions and mind – this is a full-body experience

Location:

At this time I am looking for a suitable facility or facilities. The criterion includes a round pen, and minimum 2 horses available for our use. I am also available to come to your home or facility. Please contact me to discuss logistics.

4 Hour - (1/2 day) Equine Reflections Coaching Session     $375

Cowgirl / Cowboy Up

Just as the saying goes, get ready to meet your true reflection face-to-face with some amazing teachers. Be prepared to reduce your stress level, move into your next level of self-awareness, reconnect with your long lost passions, heighten you spirituality and breakthrough whatever is keeping you STUCK. Your eyes will see, you heart will sing, new things will come into view.

Your session will include:

  • overview of the Equus Language
  • two (2) interactive experiential equine sessions
  • immediate feedback
  • personal coaching
  • one-on-one time with horse for meditation and reflection
  • break for drink and snack
  • video of interactive experience upon request (additional $25 charge)
  • an experience that will change your life
